Clicking on notification toast doesn't take you to the message

Describe the bug

When cinny is out of focus and you get a toast message, clicking on it does not open cinny and take you to the message.

Reproduction

1. Open cinny desktop
2. Minimize it
3. Wait for a notification
4. Click on the toast notification

Expected behavior

It should take open cinny and take you to the message
