DWI processing for COGTIPS project

This code has been used for processing the DWI data of the Cogtips project. A pre-print of this paper is available on MedRXiv: https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.04.23.21255914
The analyses entailed:
- construction of structural connectivity matrices for graph analyses using MRtrix3
- Tract Based Spatial Statistics (TBSS) in specific tracts, using DTITK for intra/inter subject registration
- Fixel based Analysis using MRtrix3 (post-hoc analysis)
