do you think its possible to have Per pixel on Alpha shorting for the flycast emulator core becasue games like melty blood have texture problems

I don't think it's possible with gles only support but I'm going to try patching it in and see if it's selectable and if it works.

Well I was able to enable it and set it in core options. Games seem to play but I don't know if it will make a difference as I didn't try games like melty blood that may benefit from it. Please do a core update in retroarch and retroarch32 and try the option and let me know if you notice any changes.

Thanks,

Thanks will check it out later. Will give any feedback.

Edit: also the reason I asked this is because the melty blood games have some weird texture problem where the health bar and character portraits bleed to one another

Okay so I tested it and seems to not change the texture problem in the melty blood games. But a I'm sure it may fix some problems in other games so thank you for adding it.
Also this is the problem a was referring to in melty blood, I made this post in the retroarch subreddit before the making the suggestion here because one user mention the per pixel on flycast: https://www.reddit.com/r/RetroArch/s/YIljKBix8U
