Feature Request: Optional Button Press Required on Append Passages

The current software forces appended passages on the Choosatron to print directly after the prior passage. There is currently no option to make the player to press a button to continue.

This works differently to the exported HTML page. I propose a check box that would give the writer the option to force a pause between the main passage and the appended passage. This could work by default on both the HTML and DAM files.
