Appended passages don't show up in HTML export

Build Tree: Develop (built pre 596839d)

When exporting HTML files, there are two faults:

1/ You can overwrite files without warning
2/ Appended passages never show up - the 'Continue' option isn't given, potentially locking people to a certain passage.

Attached is a test file I'm working on. There should be 8 passages (9 including the appended passage), however you are stuck on the first passage due to the above fault.

Update:
Having exported the story to a workable .dam file to test on the Choosatron, the same behaviour occurs. The very first passage is printed, and then the story ends. The appended passage never shows, thus not continuing the story.

Now that's an awesome picture. That's how I feel handling the bugs, too. But I appreciate all the issues you've logged! I'm trying to work in parallel on fixing these issues as well as continuing work on the y-modem work. I'll keep updating tickets as I can get to them.
