Popup 'Links to a passage with x choices' stays

When using either the Develop or the Master branch and navigating through a story in the Write mode, there are black popup windows showing the link and reference to how many choices they link too. That popup often stays on the screen. They only disappear when the app is closed or restarted.

In this second image, the mouse is not hovering over the P8 link.

Windows 8.1 64bit

Update: I noticed this issue, which is probably in a similar area of the code. The same developer build, same chrome as listed above.

The two dots obviously represent the two choices, and the actual mouse tooltip provides the correct response, but on this passage only, the software's tootip provides the incorrect response.
