how to use? where is documentation

I want to setup intranet BT transfer.

I used utorrent to create a torrent file with chihaya as tracker: udp://172.31.X.X:6881/announce

but always tracker announce always fail with timeout.

directly access http://172.31.X.X:6881/announce, result a bad request format, which at least shows TCP connection is ok.

Can anything cause this?

Hi @WestFarmer!

Please comment back with your configuration block -- you need a UDP section or the tracker will not listen for UDP.

Please also ensure your firewalls are set up to allow the communication necessary.
