Let Highlights Ignore Bullet Points

If you are to run the highlight hotkey on a selection. If that selection has any kind of markdown formatting like bullet points it will kill it when it surrounds the html tag.

Instead the solution would be to ensure the mark tag is put after the "-" which indicates a bullet point. And a separate mark tag should be put for each line
