krun doesn't work right now if you want to run an existing kernel with different login details.

Noticed this because I currently can't use the chestrays account as my new laptop doesn't have the crypt key.

Need to add steps to create the kernel, extra current username from the environment/kaggle.json and replace what is in the metadata file for the kernel.
