Translate the UI into multiple languages

The translation component has been successfully set up!

Two languages are now available: English and Spanish.

With the current set up, it is easy-peasy to translate the UI into multiple different languages. It is all about creating a new file in the website/translations folder following the same logic as the translations/messages.es.yaml file.

All it needs to be done is translate the phrases from English in the new language being translated into. No additional programming is required to close this issue, it's a really good first issue to get familiar with the codebase.

Given our limited resources, let's translate the UI into the languages of the top ten countries by chess players:
