How do you translate duration and velocity values using damping and stiffness? #543

I'm working directly with Flinto to create my motions designs proposals, but sadly the Flinto "language" is different from the approach adopted by react-motion "language" to create animations. I understand the project philosophy about the duration, but the most of the project prototyping tools use duration and velocity to spec animations.

For instance, how can I translate this values below to make this animation react-motion compatible?
