I want to mimic you idea of creating Binder with my my data and programs to let others use for their purposes , can you help me how you were to create the binder the link ( I want to use reticulate package for which I need 4.10 , can you please walk me through step by step by approach

For this do I need to create a docker on my personnel laptop ?
