Remove useless libraries and have the license !

• copy the license of the visualizer itself
• remove useless libraries in lib / visualizer / lib (three.js, loadingplot, ...)
• remove useless components in lib / visualizer / components
• add license in the header of the visualizer files ??? This could be in the visualizer project

about the license in header : if we add it, we could do like in symfony

Well BSD or MIT license is pretty small in fact. Wonder if we can not add them in the main file only. In this case init.js no ?
