Be able to select and display one or more spectra

If we are in 1 1D spectrum and the nucleus is 1H:

Mouse over a line in the database should display a rangesToXY spectrum. If there is a currently selected spectrum we should scale this newly generated spectrum so that it match the best possible the existing spectrum.

In the list of entries in database we should have a + that will add the resurrected spectrum in the list of spectra. Something similar to what we do when 'resurrecting' spectra. To create the spectrum we will use rangesToXY.
