Hi everyone, everything fine?

We identified a bug in the “overview” report, where the data is ‘blinking’ and being updated all the time, in addition to not updating information on conversations that are “pending”, always remaining at zero.

To facilitate analysis, we are attaching a video of what happened.

To Reproduce

Whenever a new conversation enters, the report "blinks" to update, and does not change the value of "pending" conversations.

Expected behavior

Ideally, the report would be more static for data visualization, and could even be updated after a certain period or even manually
