chatwoot interactive message not displaying through API self hosted

I am trying to create an interactive message via API on our self-hosted setup but no message gets into Chatwoot inbox.

What I see in Chatwoot

@lexemekenya interactive messages are only rendered on client side widget at the moment. the agent dashboard display a very minimal version. try sending message_type: "outgoing" instead of the "incoming"

Hi @sojan-official, thanks for your support, I think for now I will just wait until in the future when you enable the agent dashboard to display it for my usecase is based on that. I wanted to send out a bulk message campaign to customers via API and I wanted the agents to see what message (looking nice as is the case with interactive messages) was sent out that triggered the feedback from the customer
