Get notified by email not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the chat window and initiate a chat outside of office hours, with email requirement set accordingly
2. Wait for the "Get notified by email"
3. Fill in an email address
4. Spinner keeps spinning and a JS error happens in the console

Expected behavior
Email address is attached to the visitor and some kind of positive feedback to the user that the email address was successfully submitted

Additional context
This is a clean production install on version 2.0.2 of the Docker container
