issue in zapier integration

Hi, following this : https://dev.chaskiq.io/third-party-integration/zapier-integration, I tried using chaskiq webhook url (from the settings -> integrations tab) in zapier (webhook -> Retrieve Poll)
But still unable to get data in chaskiq, Zapier integration not working, what I am missing ?

after using this zapier app, I am unable to test the connection but app is not pulling realtime data of chat initiated, I was wondering if it is a bug or this is known issue since this app is in still Beta phase

Please provide some error trace, screenshot, screencast etc.. otherwise is imposible to help. The plugin is working from here.
