Navigating to next page doesn't move cursor on top #1188

Description

In a plugin list, when clicking on next page, I would expect that the cursor snaps back to top of the list, but it stays on the bottom.

Steps/Code to Reproduce

Navigate to this page:
https://www.napari-hub.org/plugins?sort=recentlyUpdated&page=3

Click here:

Expected Results

The cursor should go to the top of the page:

Actual Results

The cursor stays on the bottom:
