[staging ]Logos in footer not matching design and menu on the left is not centered

Description

According to specs, napari and CZ logos should be displayed on right side and left side menu should be alined with logos

Steps/Code to Reproduce

1. Go to https://staging.napari-hub.org/
2. Navigate to Footer
3. Pay attention to Footer and compare to Figma design

Expected Results

Only napari and CZ logos on right side and left side menus should be aligned to logos in desktop
In mobile, left side menu should be displayed in two columns and logos should be displayed on right side at the top

Actual Results

Desktop: "The napari hub is a service of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative in collaboration with napari." it is still displayed in Footer and CZ logo is not correct
In mobile, it is still displayed as in desktop but fitted in small screen
