Hide edges in an open chain

Motivation
This would allow users to use chaiNNer to create a pseudo custom GUI for various purposes. Many users are intimidated by complex looking chains, and are put off of using them as a result. Since we can stack nodes on top of each other to keep it looking clean, we can fairly easily make a nice GUI for various tasks with this additional feature

Description
Add a toggle to hide existing edges in a chain (and have a persistent tooltip in the bottom right saying they're hidden)
