- Check that the URL you've added is working, and that it doesn't redirect
- Add some details about the site, like what languages they teach
- Place your link under the correct category
- If no category is appropriate, and you still feel that the link belongs here, you may add a new category
- The list should be in alphabetical order after you've made your addition
- One pull request per added link
- Make sure your link is not a duplicate
- Under Interactive and Screencasts, add an asterisk next to the site's name if it contains paid content.
