Workflow to automate issuing and exporting of a cert to another system?

Hello there!

So this is quite simple: We want to automate the process of using DNS-01 to generate certificates from our hosting provider via ACME that we can then push to a firewall (a SonicWall device). The certificate is there used to display a login portal upon connecting to the wifi network - but it itself lacks these capabilities and needs to have a certificate imported. It might also be possible via an API - still looking into that.

What would the workflow for that be? I browsed the documentation but there are so many CRDs that I got completely confused... All I want is to get a certificate, trigger a callback and use that to send the new/renewed certificate to SonicWall - or alternatively notify a user to grab the certificate and upload it by hand, if there is no API.
