Removing secrets created by cert-manager on Helm uninstall

Hi,

tried searching, apologize if this has been discussed before, if I include Helm in the search I get everything discussing how cert-manager is deployed by using Helm but my question is about using the cert-manager CRDs from my Helm chart.

When I create an Issuer and a Certificate from my Helm chart, using a file like templates/certs.yaml:

All this works fine and the secret is created. However, when I uninstall the chart, the secrets are not removed and don't even appear to be recreated when I install/upgrade the chart.

Is there a way make Helm remove the secrets created by the cert-manager CRDs, or is this something fundamentally impossible?
