Is there any way to contribute to the cert-manager Helm chart

Hi there,

I was thinking about the fact the having the option to create Issuers/ClusterIssuers/Certificates (or basically any cert-manager CRD...) during the installation of the Helm chart would be a pretty neat feature that I have seen in many other Helm charts, such as argocd, for example.

I was wondering if the Helm chart is open to contributions, because I saw it's on ArtifactHub, which I'm not too familiar with, and while I could see the files themselves, I couldn't really make out whether or not there's any way to open a pull request.

Any feedback is welcome :)
