API does not work properly / is there a feature of mass importing ?

Hi Team,
We want to use the API and integrate Cerebrate with others internal projects, but I have several problems to use it.
Currently we are using the Cerebrate version 1.11

The thing is that I am trying to use Postman. If I follow the API documentation I got this:

But for some reason I put .json and I got this

However, if I remove the auth key, it works, looks to be a security bug.

This API is returning the HTML page in the response .

With JSON does not work

Do you know if the API currently is stable enough to use it? , or these are bug for my bad settings ?

PD: For creating the Auth key I am using this UI

BTW, we are trying to do a mass importing of contacts, there is a way to import CSV or Excel file with individuals/organizations ?
