Daisy: Features needed to replace systemd-nspawn #322

Issue Description

We need a mechanism for passing environment variables through to the child process.
- This could be via command line arguments, specially named environment variables, or both.

Acceptance Criteria (how do we know when this is done?)

We can run the demo using daisy instead of systemd-nspawn
