If the information returned by spdk includes 'io_error' then we see this failure:
Failure getting namespace's IO stats:
<_InactiveRpcError of RPC that terminated with:
status = StatusCode.UNKNOWN
details = "Exception calling application: name 's' is not defined"
debug_error_string = "UNKNOWN:Error received from peer ipv4:10.0.208.85:5500 {created_time:"2024-05-13T07:34:54.862931621+00:00", grpc_status:2, grpc_message:"Exception calling application: name 's' is not defined"}"
