Notification for Application Internet Access

I would like to suggest the addition of a notification feature in Rethink to alert users whenever an application attempts to access the internet.

This notification would enhance user awareness and control over network activity, allowing them to make informed decisions about which apps are allowed to connect to the internet without the need to access the application to view traffic.

This feature is available in the NetGuard application, which provides users with notifications for each network connection attempt made by installed apps.

By implementing this feature, Rethink can empower users to take more control over their privacy and security on Android devices, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.
