No transactions support?

Hi,

Maybe I've just overlooked something, but I can't find transactions support (tx_select, tx_commit, tx_rollback) in librabbitmq, however the underlying C library seems to support these.

Could you please implement it?

This is not really a priority, the last time I heard using transactions were discouraged by the rabbit devs.

pyamqp supports it so technically it should be supported by librabbitmq, but just not on my todo list for the immediate future :(
