Steam overlay on Ubuntu + KDE

I'm having an issue where (in mentioned OS) the steam overlay don't show, after a little digging I notice that the overlay process (gameoverlayui) is properly running so the overlay is technically working but not showing. While testing MicroTxn I see that the overlay do appears but is not clickable like if is hiding under the app and also shift+tab don't trigger the overlay (or close it) and if you click you actually click what's under the overlay (in MicroTxn that is force the overlay to show).

Another thing, It only works (MicroTxn forcing overlay) when I upload a build to steam, not by running 3rd party game on steam.

OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
Node: v18.16.0
Electron: 24.2.0
