According to docs for PathMatchSpecW, PathMatchSpec return a value with BOOL type, it Returns TRUE ( 1 ) if the string matches, or FALSE ( 0 ) otherwise.

Accoding to docs for fnmatch, fnmatch return Zero if string matches pattern, FNM_NOMATCH if there is no match or another nonzero value if there is an error.

If FNMATCH return Zero, it means FAIL on WIN32, and SUCCESS on Unix-like platform.
