Describe the bug
AV1 with SVT encoder isn't listed. Only AV1 using AOM encoder

To Reproduce

Using distro version:

  1. Install flix anew
  2. Open encode codecs menu
  3. AV1 SVT option missing

using ffmpeg static version:

  1. Install flix anew
  2. Change ffmpeg to use in options to statically linked compiled version
  3. Open encode codecs menu
  4. AV1 SVT option missing

So that version of ffmpeg doesn't have SVT as part of it is the issue, should have the line:

 V..... libsvtav1            SVT-AV1(Scalable Video Technology for AV1) encoder (codec av1)

These are the ffmpeg builds I use as FYI https://github.com/BtbN/FFmpeg-Builds/releases/tag/latest
