About the release process, is README-publish always up-to-date?
Yes, but the problem will be for users which have already the previous version in their company maven cache (but they should be few).

Last problem to solve before closing the issue: |
This will introduce trouble for people already have 6.9.13 either on the local maven repo or the cache of Nexus proxy repo. They won't realise the binary updated. |
Yeah, broken 6.9.13 is already cached by a lot of people. |

Now that 6.9.13.2 is out this is not needed anymore. See testng-team/testng#1159
TestNG Version
6.9.12 loads ok on Java >=7
6.9.13 doesn't
Expected behavior
Works on Java 7.
Actual behavior
java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: org/testng/ITestListener : Unsupported major.minor version 52.0

Simply use 6.9.13 on Java 7.
