Blank window(Version 1.0.12 (14)) on MacBook Pro 2013 running macOS 10.14.5

I came across Consent-O-Matic today but upon installing it on my 2013 MacBook Pro, running macOS 10.14.5 this happened:

It looks like something is off here, right(blank window)?

Does the extension still install and become visible in the Safari extensions settings panel so that it can be enabled? The window looks a bit like the empty (usually not THIS empty) native welcome panel that we have to include in order to ship the extension through App Store.

Usually the window includes a short text and a button that closes it and takes you to the Safari extension settings.
