Add option to allow "basic"/non-tracking ads

I don't want to be tracked online, but I don't personally mind generic ads that don't track me. It would be cool to have the opt-in option to allow those, as I want to support the websites I visit, but in a way that respects me.

This might have to also prompt the user to enable other options as well, if necessary, as from my personal experimentation, things like Store Information and Analyse Performance need to be on before even just generic ads are displayed.
