Issue with SP Metadata Download in Moodle 4.0.3+

Dear all,

I'm encountering errors when attempting to view or download the SP Metadata in Moodle 4.0.3+. The issues are as follows:

View Service Provider Metadata:
Exception - authsources['elearning.kpmg.it']: Unable to load certificate/public key from file "X:/mdelearning/saml2/elearning.kpmg.it.crt".

Download SP Metadata:
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE (page not found)

I am reaching out for any insights or assistance you may provide in resolving this matter. I've seen that it was a common issue with previous version of moodle.
