Breakout room management

For future online workshops, we can better organize the breakout rooms. A few specific ideas include:

• Set times for each breakout room in the instructor notes and automatically close the room when that much time elapsed
• Use specific callouts or phrases in the lessons to direct the participants' attention to the relevant part of the page
• Add more explicit instructions so participants can execute an activity without a facilitator
• Have more directed discussion from the participants after the breakout room to let them share ideas from their small groups. Currently the instructors took over after we return from the breakout room.

We also need more time for the two evaluation metric breakout rooms.
