[ Feature Request ] Use vscode remote containers #112

Purpose

vscode remote containers provide a lot of features

No clone you need to start
No versions hassel, we can use an old version of any tool
No package installation hell
No pollution for developer's environment because we can provide our task and extensions isolated from his own ones
Standard environment for all

Implementation

Add docker
Modify github actions
Update CONTRIBUTING.md
Update README.md
