The setup would be

Dropbox folder with stuff for harp to serve up
Cheap Digital Ocean box running Dropbox's linux cli selectively-syncing that folder.
Said cheap box also runs Harp's built in webserver.
- Alternatively The server could watch the synced-dropbox folder for changes, and then fire off harp compile command, and target the compiled website to some folder that nginx is serving up instead.
