ExpressiveListContainer title text not aligned to grid

May be less of a bug and more of a design question: I would've expected the title of the ExpressiveListContaiener to be aligned with the rest of the page's text as pretty much all other components in the theme. Is it a bug or is that intentional?

I just noticed this myself. it's a bug not a design decision, the text should sit on the grid while the rule stays as is
