This seems to only be an issue for Safari on macOS, not iOS.

What version of Safari and macOS is this on? If you have a simple example, or it’s showing up in the test HTML file, I’d be happy to take a look.

Thanks for opening the issue @Tatious.

Are you referring to a slight flash when trying to focus without scrolling, or that the page keep shifted vertically after the action ends?
