There might be labels in Linear, like a label naming the affected customer, which you'd prefer to not sync to public GitHub. A configuration setting to exclude such labels by full name or prefix from syncing would be useful in this context.

Open to PRs! This could live as a setting in the UI or as a prefix eg. "private: CustomerName" as the label name

We have the same situation. Our labels contain client names. We would prefer to exclude all Linear labels from GitHub and vice-versa.
