I am not sure if this is the cause of the issue, but we renamed one of our teams in linear, and since then I have not been able to get the sync working. I have deleted and re-created the sync a couple times, but it doesn't sync anything, and is still showing the previous team name in the "existing syncs" section after being created, which is what leads me to believing that this may be the casue.

Let me know if there's anything else I can provide here to make this easier to look into or debug 🙇‍♂️

Thanks for raising this @jescalan. Would you be open to trying a few things to fix it?

  1. Delete the webhook (Linear > Settings > API > Webhooks) then re-sync
  2. Delete the sync with your old team name (SyncLinear.com > Sign in with GitHub > Syncs)
  3. Re-sync

If that doesn't help, please let me know!

Thanks

Thanks for this one @tedspare and sorry for the super late response. Just followed the provided steps hoping for the best but unfortunately it's still not doing anything 😢
