A community-maintained Python package we rely on to help push dbt info into Metabase, dbt-metabase, recently launched a V1 with several associated breaking changes. As a warehouse maintainer, I want to stay on top of recent versions of this requirement, so that we aren't blindsided by incompatibilities with other evolving requirements in the future.
Acceptance Criteria
Successfully adopt a V1.x version of the dbt-metabase package in our /warehouse requirements.

The release notes for v1.0.0 outline several potentially relevant breaking changes to investigate before implementation.
