Research Request - explore viability of adding route_color into GTFS Digest

Research Question

Single sentence description: Can we grab route_color from the routes table in GTFS and add it to the datasets backing GTFS Digest.

Detailed description:

• In the warehouse, dim_routes is where route_color is, but it's not part of any of the fct_* tables we download currently.
• We probably want to add this column into fct_monthly_routes because that's an upstream table at the same grain and is the source backing the map used in GTFS Digest.
• Try a version of this that would work for our portfolio before making the changes to the warehouse.
