can you please disable / add an option to disable/ MenuBar "Drag directories here for easy access" pop-up balloon

ever since the new feature to auto-hide MenuBar was introduced, now to reveal the MenuBar you can place a mouse somewhere on the top of the screen. Most often (87% of the time) the pointer is placed somewhere in the area between "Places" button and SysTray corner (the only two zones where the baloon is not showing up). This is also relevant for general mode {MenuBar= visible} when during regular workflow you may put the mouse away from the main window somewere aside, which very often is the upper part of the screen with a MenuBar in the baloon-friendly area

if this is not too complicated, can you please find the way to make it possible to disable this balloon on the whole MenuBar strip, not only in the left and right corners ? this will put much more smooth and distractions-free usage experience to CairoShell
