Great job with previous feature request!

I have another one: when you are in a main window and all books are closed put the search option and suboptions that we can choose what to search: i want to be able to search through all the books in the library for the text inside of all books and in result i want that is shown name of the book, you can also put the cover in the search result, and to show me text and if i click on that text it brings me directly to that text in the book, also i want to search through all the saved comments and also search only for the annotations if i choose to only search for the annotations. If search all option is clicked than in search results show in which book is that text and show me if that's the highlight, comment or just plain text.

Hi Tonypachino,

Thanks for the feature request!
I see that this feature request can be devided into several features.
The two main ones will be -

  1. seach book text
  2. search annotations and comments.

I feel doing the second one is much easier than the first one due to the memory issues. I am working right now on another feature where the reading progress of each book can be saved, once that is done, I would be able to work on this feature request.

design of csBooks is good, but please take a look at apple iBooks, why are you forsing readers when they only want to highlight a text, they have to click on that button that is above and then unintuitive, they can think that they must type some text first and then hit the button so that they can highlight the text on the end. Make it like in iBooks, when i select the text that i want to highlight, pop up window shows up and i can choose the color of highlight and that's it. If i want to make a comment, lets say when i hover the mouse on highlighted text, there can be a small dot, when i click at that dot i typing a comment, or when i hower the mouse on highlighted text popup window shows up and offer me the options to change the color of highlighted text, remove highlighted text, add a comment or choose that translation tool. And that's it, simple and intuitive.

Your suggestions are good. I would include as much as I can in coming releases.
