Hide Y Axis

I tweeted you about this, but adding it here so you can track it appropriately.

I would like to be able to hide the Y axis to have full width charts with just an X axis (or possibly / additionally make the y axis values be aligned internally over the chart)

I add axis.y.show option and you can hide Y axis by setting this options false.
Please try the latest version. Thanks.

if we hide the axis could you not only do a display none but also fill up the open space, now when you hide it, the chart looks a bit off...
