Docs suggest installing nodejs 14 instead of a maintained version

Describe the bug
Instructions on the website say to nvm install 14, which is a bad idea as 14 stopped recieving active support more than a year ago. Consider version 20 instead.

Expected behavior
A suggestion to install the newest supported version of nodejs, rather than the oldest.
